• Integration with supported cryptocurrency exchanges (Gate.io, Binance)
• Real-time monitoring and analytics of trading performance
• Portfolio management and fund allocation tools

3. Registration and Account Responsibilities

3.1 Account Creation

To use our Services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. API Keys and Exchange Integration

4.1 API Key Management

When connecting your exchange account, you agree to:

• Provide only API keys with Read and Spot Trading permissions
• NEVER grant withdrawal permissions to Volnest API keys
• Keep your API keys confidential and secure
• Maintain your own exchange account in good standing

4.2 Fund Custody

IMPORTANT: Volnest NEVER takes custody of your funds. Your cryptocurrency assets always remain in your exchange account. Volnest only executes trades on your behalf through API integration.

5. Fees and Payments

5.1 Performance Fee

Volnest charges a performance fee of 30% on realized profits only. This fee structure ensures our interests are aligned with yours - we only profit when you profit.

5.2 No Hidden Fees

There are no setup fees, monthly subscription fees, or hidden charges. The only fee is our 30% performance fee on profits.

5.3 Exchange Fees

You are responsible for all exchange trading fees, withdrawal fees, and other charges imposed by your cryptocurrency exchange.

5.4 Fee Changes

We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with 30 days notice to existing users. Continued use of the Services after fee changes constitutes acceptance of the new fees.

6. Risk Disclosure and Liability

6.1 No Guarantee of Profits

While our algorithms are designed to generate consistent returns, we make NO GUARANTEE of profits. Market conditions, volatility, and other factors beyond our control can result in losses.

6.2 Your Responsibility

You acknowledge that:

• You understand the risks of cryptocurrency trading
• You are solely responsible for your investment decisions
• You should only invest amounts you can afford to lose
• You have performed your own due diligence

6.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOLNEST SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
